    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    Is it a 2 or 3 pole rocker switch (is it lighted)? If so, you may have one of the wires misplaced or you don't have a good ground. I would check all your grounds first if you think the relay is clicking on.

    Yeah I can take a bunch of pictures and describe it as best I can on here.... might be a pretty long post but I'll get it as detailed as possible with descriptions/pics if y'all wanna take a few minutes whenever you have time to try and diagnose my little issue :eek:

    I've checked the grounds, but will check again using my multimeter when I go to take pics



    I live in Shoreline, but am willing to take a little trip down south and meet up with you when traffic isn't shitty - so probably 2nd Tuesday of next week knowing Seattle.

    Lol but really we can figure something out. Let me try and describe the situation first and if we can't figure it out on here I'll brave the southbound traffic

    Yep exactly how I have it. The 12v input wire is running from my switch to the positive terminal on my battery (since I didn't want to splice into my high beam wires).

    I don't have the diode hooked up to that female wire part though..

    And the main power to the relay is direct to the battery as well? Is there a fuse in the fuse holder? Is the fuse blown? :)

    Yes the yellow wire (pictured) is directly hooked up to the positive terminal on the battery... and no I already checked when I started having problems, the fuse is not blown :p

    If you are confident you are getting power to the relay then it may be the relay that is the trouble.

    Is it a brand new setup?

    I'll get a detailed post up here after I get back from the junkyard (a 2000 Taco is there) rarely do you find em in the yards.

    Anyway, to answer your question, yes it's LightForce's Wiring Harness. Brand new off of Amazon.

    This is the diagram for how the wiring should look:

    Now my Pictures...

    Shows: The Black/Red -- runs from the relay to the rocker switch & Brown -- runs from the positive terminal on the battery to the rocker switch:

    Shows: The brown wire hooked up to the positive terminal of the batter and runs directly to the rocker switch since I did not want to tap into my high beam circuit and have the spotlights turn on with my high beams. I want them to solely be controlled by the rocker switch. ALSO shows the yellow wire that runs from the relay into the fuse and then to the positive terminal of the battery:

    Shows: The black wire that runs from both light plugs and connects onto the negative terminal of the battery:

    Shows: The black/yellow wire that runs from the relay and gets grounded onto the frame of the vehicle (has been tested and is a good ground):

    Ok, two quick things to try.

    Change your lights ground to an actual vehicle ground and not the battery negative terminal.

    Change your fuse regardless if it looks good.

    Okay I'll try those.
    1 question though: why change it to a vehicle ground if the instructions tell you to hook it up to the negative terminal of the battery? :confused:

    I never connect anything to the battery ground. Just force of habit I guess. I'm not sure why they have you doing it in the instructions.

    Battery ground is bonded to the frame, and should be considered the same point.

    I don't know about scheduling, but I am an electrician for a living. I live in Lake Stevens, and starting about Wednesday next week, I may be working in Seattle for a little while. Currently in Everett for work.
