265/75/16 is a good size.... Has served me well but I want to try 255/85/16 next. Only problems are that I love my duratraks which don't come in that size and the other option is a set of km2s which are only in E for that size...

    Heh what to do.....

I've gotta get it figured out. But the 255's are expensive.

I obviously don't want them with too many plys on the side wall.

Saw you posted this on Facebook but couldn't find it so I figured I'd troll through here and find it, nice kill man. My friend got a nice 3 point opening day and then yesterday one of my friends got a forky about the same size as yours. I just can't seem to find any bucks lol all does...:frusty:

If you want a stock spare you can have mine for cheap, on rim and all. It needs to get out of here.

Not sure why you don't want high ply count? Just air down more. I can't tell any difference in ride on-road.
Off road, you notice it most on rocks:
285 will feel softer and 'ooze' over obstacles.
255 will be sharper, but feel more precise in choosing lines

Haven't done anything with snow yet.

285 is harder to fit in the front, 255 harder to fit in the back (if you have saggy springs).

Any of you guys recommend solutions for replacement weather stripping on the back window of my canopy? Mine is either worn or has huge gaps.

    I've found this so far

Umm that sounds like a huge mess and not exactly what I'm hoping to solve. On the back window at the bottom corners, there's a gap I can stick my finger through between the glass and the canopy wall

Toyotaholics page by any chance? Ended up stirring up a bit of a shit storm lol.

Thanks! Not anything to brag about, but its meat in the freezer. I've only ever filled my deer tag the last couple weeks of season. Pretty stoked to fill my tag opening day. Especially this year, waaaaay to heavy a class load to be going home every weekend to hunt.

I have a few friends that have gotten some really nice muleys on the other side of the mountains. Haven't heard that much about blacktail tags getting filled though. I know how that goes. The does have been everywhere! I picked this guy out of a group of them and they were back in the same field the next morning.

I asked this in the NW WA thread, but anyone interested in 33x11.5x15 bfg mud terrains? Buddy has some for sale with only 5k on them. Wants 650.

    Referring to me?

Ahh, Yeah a couple of my buddies are over East and haven't had any luck with the Muleys from what I've heard. I'm kind of done hunting till I get paid since I'm broke right now hah.
