Gahh.. Ballast failed in those shitty Kragen HIDs again. This is the second one to go.

I'm done messing with them; sucks because I really would like to have them for Colockum this weekend.

 

I put DDM tuning HIDs into my wife's jetta. They are cheap but they still work for me.

 

X2 that's what I had in my rsx.

 

So I have my eye on a piece of structural steel at work I want to take and make into a custom front bumper. It is 4"x8"x8' long, box steel, 5/16" sidewalls. I would guess it weighs about 175 lbs currently. I already talked to the general contractor out here and it looks like there is a good chance of it being available for me before the job is finished. Anybody here have a welder and skill to deal with 5/16"? I figure a saw all to cut the thing unless somebody has a torch and grinder.

Those DDs look like the Hanma imports. Decent stuff...the 10" SR is the same one I have.

The Pods/Fogs look pretty good.

looks pretty good. Either its the way the light is or you ran a little hot at the start. I assume lighting

Yeah it's the lighting.. for whatever reason I couldn't get my camera to focus on the entire bead. It's alright; my only problem is that I get a death grip on the gun half way through the bead. Makes it really hard to keep steady..

I'm new to MIG - only been messing around with it for the last month or so. Everything on the boat is 6013, or 7018.

ZTFab is a god.

 

That's a continuous bead..

Start arc, two steps forward, one back into your puddle, pause.. two steps forward, one step back into your puddle, pause. All while making a cursive "e".

I'm no expert, just messing around with a different technique.
