    had my pontoon on the back with the tailgate down backing down this path/boat ramp...

    Been there many times and never seen this metal pole there. They must have installed it because of Covid

    all I heard was BAM as I was straight if our because you have to make this turn from the path to the boat ramp as your backing up.

    I backed into a bollard a couple years ago... bright yellow... steel... bent bumper, took out taillight, slightly bent entire driver's side bedside, fuel door doesn't work quite right anymore...

    Replaced the light and bumper... but the rest I just deal with... not TOO noticeable. Not like your tailgate, anyhow!

    Those damn poles... Sorry about your truck, man!

    It’s all good. Thanks man. Just bent the tailgate and the bracket at the bottom. If I didn’t bend the bracket I could have just got a new tailgate
