Do people/kids still do that anymore? I remember in elementary school a kid had one almost completely full. Was heavy AF and probably worth a grand I bet.

I have a growler I throw my loose change onto at the end of the day. I’d rather save it than it just get lost, it’s still money. It’s Usually worth a few hundred bucks when it gets filled up.

Those jugs were absurd though, so damn heavy. As a kid my buddy’s dad had one and whenever they filled it up they’d use it to go on vacation. If I remember correctly he said it was a worth few grand when full.

I have one, I figure it will probably last the rest of my life at the rate it gets filled now

How are you liking the re-gear?

I was thinking about going to nitro gear for my regear on the GX. But mule is closer. Would you recommend them?

For sure. I called like 4 places and everyone was about the same price. Mule was closest to me too. I also had 10% off labor for being an Avants member. I say whoever is closer works the best.

    Pros:
    No gear hunting
Way more usable power (actually in 6th gear on the hwy)

Cons: noticeable howling on decel during certain speeds
Too aggressive for 33s with light weight (I have 35s waiting to put on though)

All in all, I think it’s totally worth it if you actually wheel your truck. If you’re mall crawling you could get by on stock gears.

You can swing by sometime if you wanna see how it drives since you’re in MV.

That looks dope! I was about to pull the trigger on those geolanders too because the MTRs in c range were sold out everywhere and the geolander only comes in C range for 35s but I’ve heard great things about them.

I highly recommend these. This is my second set and they’re quiet for a mud terrain and grip like no other.

OT but I always felt bad for people coming to JBLM during winter, deploy then come back during winter. Hopefully you'll be here during the summer. Absolutely beautiful there.

I hope so to man. The weather has been crazy but I heard it's not usually like this.

It's not uncommon to have a windstorm during November, but to have it constantly windy and rainy like this is new. It's new to people who've been living here for 60-70 years too.
