Oregon and Washington Truck Spotting

Oh, I'm not going down this worn-out road that both sides seem to get overly excited about. It's a truck that was available, does what I need it to do, and looks good while doing it.

 

I'm considering taking it off actually. Damn thing is a dirt trap - mud inevitably drips from behind it after every wash.

 

That would be annoying. I hardly ever wash my truck, though. I will admit that washing the tray off is a breeze! It is a real collector of bird shit, that's for sure.

 

Installed my new bumper a couple of weeks ago and didn’t put anything behind my fairlead to install a plate to. So I threw it behind my cracked windshield and just planned on pulling the bumper off down the road. Well come to find out my police department won’t even pull us over anymore for primary infractions on both the front plate and the cracked windshield(if it doesn’t obstruct vision). I guess Bert is right again.

In Spokane other than the occasional empathize patrol in school zones they have suspended all traffic patrols. So they can put resources towards property crimes and dealing with the homeless issues.

I put 20 on the front windows, and also slapped another layer of 20 on the back windows on top of the factory tint.

 

But, but, the single cab sliders where on sale!

Yupppp. Lmao I have my plate on my fairlead on a hinge mount(idk why I even bothered with that, I didn’t have a good place to mount a plate so I never bothered and never once got hassled) that I sometimes “accidentally” leave up if I’m someplace I know has a lot of speed traps, they take the picture of the front plate so you’re proven in it too.

 

Tell me about that flatbed. I absolutely mangled one of my bedsides wheeling recently and am attracted to the idea of going to a tray canopy instead of fixing it.
