i think Bert’s old signature applies here. I’ve never been a fan of roam boxes on the roof and the shovel/rotopax kinda seem like “well there’s some extra real estate to put shit here and here, what else can we add”

Shovel and fuel can are all you need for urban-landing. And I'm pretty sure the t4r has room inside for them

I think it's the French bulldog sticker that's just a bit too much for me.

That rotopax randomly stuck to the spare tire sure is something.

He camped for a day across the isle from us with the Evergreen Crew at the NWOR. I shot the shit with Juan for a bit about his rig. He goes all over the place with his rig.

I would be too paranoid on the tight trails I go through with boxes mounted up so high. We’ve had stubby magnetic CB antennas get knocked off from the low hanging branches before.

same. I once knocked off my antenna and ran it over which ruined my comms for the rest of a WABDR trip. My tent used to be mounted way up high and I was puckering when off camber. Now it's all tight because if it ain't tight it ain't right.

No way that's in Hawaii. The tires are completely within the wheel wells.

I know this is going to sound crazy but I keep my chainsaw and some recovery gear up in my box. If I get myself into a situation I would be screwed if can’t open my swingout to get into my canopy. Also makes it quick for my kid to hop out and grab the saw to cut shit outta the way.
