    On my 85 Runner thru just used it as an excuse to stop. My uncle who is a retired local officer said if I did get a fix it ticket to zip tie the plate on and get the ticket signed off then take the plate back off. Just invest in a bag of ties for multiple uses!

    I haven’t been stopped for it yet but I haven’t had a front plate on my 92 since 09. I carry the front plate under the seat though. Was going to use the it just fell off officer. Going to put it back on later today.
