Oregon Racks Mt.Hood low profile bed rack

Well hopefully he's gathering some information to give us an update!!!

 

Hopefully, but to not have posted in here since 7/21 and to not be responding to posts, texts and emails isn't great customer service (especially when you can see he's currently viewing the thread). All it does is raise the concern level of his customers. I need my rack.

 

If I don't hear anything from him soon I'm gonna have to go with the KB bars for my RTT

 

Over the last few days, I have PMd, emailed, text+call(today) with no response. Now that I can confirm he was online couple of hours ago, if there are no responses by tonight, I will worry starting tomorrow lol. Don't let us down Tim!

 

Guys/gals, I apologize for being absent from post and hardly responding. I am NOT ignoring anyone and I am trying to get back to people when I can!

I'm not making excuses but with my job I am working 7 days a week the last few weeks and 12 hour plus days.

I did pick parts up Sunday (they came in on Sunday to allow me to pick them up since I have zero time to do so) and I also dropped them off at powder coating.

They did screw up and cut 8 steel and only 2 aluminum so they are rushing to get the rest of the aluminum ones cut.

Again, I sincerely apologize for not getting back sooner. Please, please feel free to text or email for updates and I will try and get back to you as soon as I can.

 

Yes!!! He came through! What's the lead time we're looking at till its shipped now?

 

they said they will start on them Wednesday (hopefully) and will take a few days to do everything. I'm hoping to ship next week!

 

Tim is a great guy and can guarantee he is working hard to get everyone their orders. I have had my rack for a few months and I can definitely say its worth the wait!!!

 

So I am clear, the blue line is the load bar and the red line is the bed racks?

 

Should be shipping this week! Excited!!!

I got a text the same day he updated this thread. He said he hopes to ship by late this week!

well, that's it. I'm starting to lose hope. Hope we see this bed rack next year! LOL!

 

To those that haven't contacted Tim for a direct update. I received a text on saturday stating that:

I called yesterday, they have all small parts powder and we're starting on the big parts yesterday afternoon.

I have hopes that it will only be a short while until we get out racks.

 

Hopefully some good news today.
