    Hello all,

I recently purchased an upgraded rearview mirror kit(temp & compass) from Bob’s Mirrors for my 2015 Tacoma. Unfortunately, auto-electronics are NOT my strong point to say the least. I’ve got all the parts necessary and somewhat of decent instructions online, but still would like some help.

Is there anyone or any shops in the Portland/Salem/Eugene area that could help me out with the install (running wiring etc..). I’d even take it out to Bend if needed.

    Thanks!

I can hook you up with a really good wiring guy in the Eugene area. I do all my own wiring, but I don’t have time to do other peoples wiring.

@pnw_taco_710 - I'm a former car stereo install out in the beaverton area... I'd be willing to take a look at what you got and see what I can do to help you out if you'd like to swing by sometime... PM me if interested

I'd give it a go at it if I were you. It's pretty straight forward and the online instructions were pretty good. I did the mirror upgrade on my wife's 2015 and it wasn't difficult at all. If you have difficulty, you can always post here for the answer to your questions. When you're finished you get to revel in the personal satisfaction of completing the upgrade yourself and maybe you learned a thing or two in the process.....
