Well, it was a kit that I had ordered, was about $300 for it, and I think I paid $600 for labor. I know it took a lot longer than he anticipated and billed me for, but he did a fantastic job. A friend of mine also had her whole car wrapped by him, he's very good and charges accordingly

 

I know of a 3rd Gen Quicksand OR/non-scoop hood for sale also, if anyone is looking. I think for around the $350 range.

 

That's a good price ! I was going to get my naked bike done, couldn't find anyone who would do it for under 2k

 

That was also 5 years ago so things probably have changed

 

there is a guy that works with Toyota of Portland as an independent contractor. I met him fishing one day. I can find his card... ***disclaimer*** I have not had work done by him he just said he works with toyota of Portland all the time.

Looking to sell a set of SR5 wheels. Less than 2k miles on them. They are in great shape with no scratches or damages. Center caps included. Asking 200

Nice long bed. Did you find it that condition? Those mirrors tho. I thought those where only on the 4wd 1st gens?

 

Fuck no. The paint was super oxidized. Some lesbian had it in her barn. It was her dad's and he passed away. Had to clay bar the fuck out of it many times and give it lots of wax. The paint was like glass. I did some retrofit LEDs why not.

 

Ahhhh ok you're this guy then. Or someone else had a 1st Gen restoration with those style headlights.

Anyways, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I almost traded my ls400 for a 1st Gen 2wd restoration last year in Julyish.

 

Not I. These are pretty sweet rides. I love those yota mini trucks

 

Yeah there was about 2 or 3 about a year ago around the time I got my Lexus that I would have traded for. As much as I love 1st Gen pickups I just never pulled the trigger to trade. In hindsight, I've actually grown pretty fond of the Lexus over the last year. Definitely more comfortable than a 37yr old Toyota.

 

What are the wheel specs on these?

 

Yes. Now I own a 2020 double cab. Huge upgrade. Now I need to sell my last motorcycle to fund my bumper, king build.

 

They are 16x7 +25 offset.
