    Beer is *generally* barley/wheat/adjuncts, yeast, hops and water. We grow everything we need for great beer right here in WA (I believe we supply 80% of the world's hops or something like that). No need for slave labor for coffee/cocoa. Although I can't help you on the gluten free part...
