Selling a Military Humvee Trailer set up for pintle hitch, which is included, to hook to and plugs into the hitch-receiver. Includes original canopy and bows. Ya, it makes me laugh when people price things that high because it "military grade", "vintage", or "rare".

 

This one was perfect for my needs but it sold too quick for $500.

If they were harbor freight trailers, then there might be problems. With the military trailers, I don't think it would be that much of an issue with putting on aftermarket tires, as long as the hub/bearing assemblies are good to begin with and are properly serviced. We didnt have any problems with the M116 (utility trailer) even with the gen sets and other crap loaded on them. I can't imagine that much weight being put on them from trail gear.

 

Yeah I was more talking about the harbor freight and costco trailers... Military trailers are so expensive just to completely chop up.

 

That first one would be great but it's pretty far away from me.

The three that Windsor posted were both military trailers. The one that I posted was a civilian trailer but I was planning on changing the hubs to 6x5.5.

 

Oh, wow I totally missed that. I definitely need skids but a $40 savings off of retail is not really worth it to me, especially making someone else go get it for me.
