I don’t mind it’s in pieces, plan was to do a body swap on my 99 so at the time I was just looking for a 97-00 2wd or 98-00 4wd as cheap as I could find, then I find a complete truck dismantled (saves me the work of pulling 2 trucks apart) with a near perfect body, a canopy I will sell and an engine with a factory supercharger with 90,000 miles.

Slowly getting back to how it was before the frame replacement. I do mean slowly. Did a regear and manual shift tcase swap. It sits most of the time since I drive my LS400 most of the time.

what did you swap it out with? Just out of curiosity. Did you have a factory front camera?

 

pioneer 6600nex. Yeah I have a front camera. Was able to keep all oem functionality

I have some interest but I don't know what adapter harness it will take to install in a 2019 to gain apple carplay functionality. I also cannot justify more than maybe $300 for it as the only feature I would be gaining is carplay, and I know the unlit lists for like $1,200 or more through Toyota.
