I have joked so many times about pulling my trailer through the Avants Offroad Course... I've driven the house through it now... so maybe that will be my next challenge.

 

Iso 2nd gen tail lights. I've broken the mounting tabs on my passenger side so I'm in the market lol

 

I'll have both the L and R sides available in another month or so.. LED version off a 2014.

 

I feel like that's the consensus here in the PNW. KO2s aren't the best for rain or for our type of (wet) snow. Maybe for dry powder like they have out in Utah but not for our stuff here.

 

Duratracs suck in the rain. I can literally drift any corner with them

 

Dudee. Yes I want those! Don't know if my sketchy taped on mounts will hold that long....

 

I have a set sitting in the garage you can have. LED from a 2012. Driver side is pretty much perfect, passenger side has a small crack that lets some water in, but all the bulbs still work.

 

Might take you up on that! I was planning on having them tinted anyways. The film should seal that crack up.

I used some clear epoxy stuff on one of mine and it's been good for ... i don't know... 5 years?

 

See, i've had the opposite experience, and this is where it gets annoying. I used to have BFGs and everytime i left my sisters place when it was raining I couldn't hardly get onto Petrovitsky as I'd just spin and spin my tires. Duratracs have NEVER done that, and I still go to my sister's regularly, and it still rains, lol. I'm not arguing with your experience, this just goes back to so many people having the EXACT OPPOSITE experience, lol. So weird.

 

Weird, I've done some pretty solid burn outs with my tracs..

 

I'm in the same boat as you. I like my duratracs in the rain.

I guess it's time to rename this thread "duratracs vs KO2s"

 

How many miles do you guys have on yours? Mine are basically at 40k, so near the end of life. Maybe another 15k in them.
