Looks like it might need some TLC..

 

I saw that one. It looks like it is tweeked pretty bad. I told him I would give him $100-150 just to use it for parts a few weeks ago. The listing had expired so I though he sold it. It was originally posted for $350 or $400 I can't remember.

Those bumper pads are $45 each and I am sure those fog light housings are $50+ each.

Edit: I contacted him again and he said he sold it.
