Not advised. The Gen 2.5 H11 wide angle fogs are very good. Not only are the H11 halogen fogs higher intensity than OEM LED their pattern is also wider and taller. The OEM LED fogs do have a good pattern with sharper cut offs. 6000k is also a poor color temp for fog use, halogen is better and less reflective, more ideal still is selective yellow. I’d suggest staying stock or getting Diode Dynamics Elites in yellow. As for mounting, it is just slightly different, but should be able to work.

Just bite the bullet and buy some Diode Dynamic SS3 Fogs from @memario1214

 

I have had those eyed ever since reading the ultimate fog upgrade back when I first joined, but GD the 400-600$ makes me cringe. Haven’t been lately but was keeping an eye on the b/s/t forum but in most cases it was actually cheaper, sometimes significantly to buy them new from @memario1214 during sales and promos than buying used.

 

I am not worried about it i want people to get what they want/ need for their trucks.
