Haha yeah, I talked on the phone w/ the guy, said it was beat up, that's why it is priced low. Said it needed paint. I have a buddy who does that vinyl wrap and am planning on doing that for now until I can afford paint. That's if I like it. He said its beat up so I guess we'll see what happens

I've got one I could refer you too. I could see if he's interested. He doesn't charge much. $450 isn't too bad, but I've never heard of good Macco experiences...

well I am willing to go through a guy but I am trying to get it done for 250... so let him know if he would be willing to do it... ask him how much for the work and all the materials EXCEPT the paint. I work at a dealership so I can get cheap paint he just needs to let me know how much he needs for the job

Also I must check his work to... If he could get photos of the jobs he has done or something to show me before he starts.....

The maaco near me does a pretty good job. I checked some of the vehicles they just had sprayed and they were super clean and professional. JUST SO SPENDY

For sure, my lame build thread I had started awhile back has some work if I remember right. Or a shot of his projects. But I'll see what he says!

Don't go MAACO. I had them paint my 86 Pickup and i did all the prep work assuming that they would at least be able to spray a vehicle well since they do it all day every day. They did a terrible job. Orange peel on the hood and a few other spots. I had to make them re-do the work 3 times and finally just ended up tricking them into giving me my keys back an I basically stole my truck back from them and paid them 1/2 of what they said the bill would be since they did such a piss poor job and had my truck for 3 weeks because they dont know how to shoot paint. Other parts of the truck started to fade within a year. they also did a terrible job masking and god paint all over my pristine headliner.

I mean really, how do you screw up a black paint job that badly.

Am I missing something? Why is that roof rack literally twice as expensive as most other racks?
