He’s currently below 30 on trade. I have enough cash to throw him 30 but I’m out of town till tonight and it sounds like the deal is on for 4pm. Hah. Not much notice.

    Hell yeah!

There's actually a bunch of places to offroad and explore up that way, if you have the time.

Are you mounting the winch in the bumper? Or keeping it on the cradle?

The winch will be in the bumper. Most likely abandoning the cradle system. Parallel parking should become easier now :D

I'll have a Mobtown hidden front hitch on the market when I get it uninstalled.

Not listed yet, but my folks are going to be selling their house in Myrtle Creek. It is a 3 bed 2 bath with 2 car garage.
Upstairs has 2b1b with decent size living room, dining room is big enough for a 6 person spread, kitchen is pretty nice too.
Downstairs has 1b1b, large laundry room, large storage and work areas, and a large pantry.
Garage is a full 2 car (can park a Crew Max Tundra in it with enough room to walk behind/infront of it) with a creeper pit on one side. There is also a single car carport on concrete attached to the garage. Water faucet in carport is plumbed to have cold or hot water for washing vehicles.

Great location for someone with young kids, elementary and middle schools are across the street. The majority of the towns parades start infront of the house, so lots of fun for the kids to watch the logging community showcase their trucks and lights for Christmas parades.
Asking price will be $420k, listed through J Mann Realty in Myrtle Creek to go live on 6/21. If anyone is looking/considering getting into a house, I will post the link as soon as they tell me it is up.

o_O I might take you up on that. I'll text you tomorrow and we can figure it out. You'd save me a few weeks of dicking around before I actually got it done.

Luckily it's a pretty straightforward operation, 2 guys can do it in under an hour easily, even with a 2 beer break

Just keep throwin' money at it.

Thanks for the heads up. I actually located an MGM one, so I am good to go there. I am just missing some of the random hardware. Close to getting it figured out though.
