    I'm pretty sure @JDAM carries a spare set with him. But only when if I'm participating in a run. :D


    Short backstory: 3yrs ago I had just bought my truck and joined TW, @NorthwestCruiser put together a run to gallager head lake. Just after summiting above the lake I seperated the upper BJ and was unable to bandaid it enough to descend the trail.

    So here I was, the FNG and thankfully with help from everyone, I was able to get home to my angry girlfriend. Brian made the 1.5hr (45min on a beatup Jeep road) one way drive to ellensburg to pick up a set of UCA's from @dakotasyota and back while we fought to get my broken one off. Good times.

    That sounds like a nightmare. I have zero desire to remove and install a UCA on the trail, but your cautionary tale is convincing enough. If it's not me, at least I can help someone out and make a shitty situation less shitty!

    I thought I was being safe keeping a few idler/tensioner pulleys and belts in the tool box. Very much appreciate the tip! This is good trail insurance :cheers:
