hmm well I reached out to him either way to see what's up. But I think 3.5 and 9' are going to be a bit much for me. I like the tall skinny look and I think the wider wheel and 285/75-17's will be sticking out there

Can’t blame you there... I think $800 for flawed wheels is a bit much especially considering that they bought him new ones.

 

I thought the same thing. You could pay a little more and have brand new wheels that arent scratched up.

I wonder how he managed to keep the wheels. If I owned a tire shop and messed up a customer's rims and bought them new ones, I'm keeping the old ones and selling them myself as "scratch & dent." Sure as shit not letting the customer keep both sets............
