I've been reading of more and more people that are having that same experience with their products.

I'd personally avoid powder coating for off-road use, black primer is cheaper.

 

I agree for anything getting beat on, but I treated the bars with baby gloves. I think theirs failed due to poor prep.

 

Exactly. Some pics I've seen of their products show metal flakes or curly Q's from drilling that where embedded in the powder coat, and possibly a combination of rushing to get it shipped so they cut corners. Just an observation, I don't have any of KB's stuff. Thought about the tailgate pannel but thats about it.

He quit Pep boys and went working for some of the Toyota dealers, but got fired cuz of an inappropriate video that he made at work.

Good to know... I was thinking of adding a kB voodoo and with multiple people reporting poor powder with rusting I’ll be looking elsewhere.

1) Mismatched plastidipped tundra rims
2) BP-51s with the resis zip tied to the frame
3) Rusty Slimline II with gorilla tape over the nut slots so it doesnt whistle on the interstate
4) Just sold my 3rd RTT in a year
5) I frequently almost run out of gas
