Why would anyone want a 43, 43X or a 48? Those guns make no sense.

In getting a 43 for a concealed. Because I'm a smaller guy and it just fits

 

A single stack doesn’t print nearly as often when carrying concealed.

Just doesn't make any sense unless you're a freakin midget with infant hands. The 43 is only 4mm thinner than a 19, but you give up a ton of grip space and capacity.

Grip space also contibutes to printing. Not trying to be a jerk, but by your logic, how does the 19 make sense over the 17?

I daily a 19 but there are many times id prefer something even smaller without giving up too much capacity. The 43 hasn't made sense to me but the 43x is 10+1. I can shove those guns in places a 19 or 26 wont go. 4mm is huge when were talking about appendix carry.

I could give a shit about printing. Only people paying any attention are newb CCW's and possibly LE, neither of which are a concern. What matters to me is being able to effectively unleash hate as fast and as accurately as needed. The difference between a 19 and 43 in terms of being able to get the first round on target from concealment is night and day and it really boils down to grip. Shit, I'm seeing 2/10's difference between different appendix rigs with the same gun simply because of the way the butt is positioned effecting the ability to achieve firing grip (Incog is faster than Axis). The new Glock that makes the most sense to me for CCW is the G45 / 19X as I know I'm 2/10's faster with my 17 vs my 19.

 

I know it's your world and we're just living in it, I mean what was Glock thinking not consulting with you before releasing two guns dead before they release.

 

If I had room for those and an extra 6 bills, I'd be all over the SEMAs. GLWS.
