    Nobody. This appears to he a case of a dealer throwing a ton of bling parts at a $15,000 trade in and asking 31k for it.
    My guess is PO had it locked and geard on 33s and a 4", and the dealer just went with the "look at me" approach.

    Free.99 headlights have some crap on them left over from my vinyl tint. They were perfectly clear before that. These will likely need to be sanded down and re clear coated using the chris fix method. Also, both retaining clips for the bulbs are missing, and one of the tabs is broke to hold said clip in. Nothing else is wrong. These would be great for a retrofit project or extra parts

    No, that bike is a Sportster. The Softail is a larger bike.

    You can tell a Softail by the lack of visible shocks in the rear.
