I have a similar set up to you (tent and bike) with a stock suspension and am thinking about adding Ride Rite air bags to level it out with the load.

Do you have stock suspension or have added to it to improve things when you have your bike and tent on the back?

I have the stock TSB leafs with 5100's on the back right now. I had an add-a-leaf and it was too stiff for me while empty. I'm looking into an aftermarket progressive leaf pack to upgrade in the future.

I think for me the way to go is the Ride Rite set up is my best bet, I like the Ride and height and it will let me adjust depending on what I have loaded

Who wants my steel Pelfreybilt IFS skid plate? Perfect condition, just a little dirty.

I’m in Bremerton and I will trade for the two stock front pieces from a TRD off-road or Pro plus cash.

Please don’t reach out if you don’t have those or if yours are beat to hell/rusty

Trade plus cash? If it's an even trade, that's a hell of a deal. I threw my OR skids in the trash.

Factory stock is just the one black steel skid plate, but you could buy the TRD aluminum one to add over it (doubling up.)

I don’t want that flashy TRD crap. I had 2015 pro in mind. I have a tube bumper anyway.
You’re wrong though. On OR models it’s two pieces actually.

That helps to clear things up. Didn't know they were two pieces (I've had no reason to remove either).

Funny enough, most Toyota parts websites refer to them as "splash shields" or "cover sub-assy, engine under."

    That’s pricey. I sold my 5 35” ko2’s for 500$ and they were 40-50% tread

I can’t keep up with this thread. Too many posts.

Whoever is interested in my Pelfreybilt skid plate AND has the two TRD off-road skids in good condition please message me

    So PDX local peeps,

I ordered a set of 5 T4R Pro wheels at the latest sale and think I’ll be going with either the Tacoma Pro wheels that I also ordered or staying with my stock off road wheels.

The order is still in “Received” status, but before I just up and cancel it, I’m wondering if anyone here missed the sale and wants them.

    Hit me up.
