What would bend a strut like that? Hitting a curb at speed at a weird angle? With all that rust and corrosion makes me wonder if this truck came from the Midwest or northeast .

 

There's rash and rust on the UCA... How do you do THAT?

I just want to wrap my offroad hood. My white truck could use a flat/satin black hood.

 

I shot it over to my buddy that just picked up a canopy and is slowly starting his short bed build. I’ll hit you up this weekend if he is into it!

That's a good idea, I have a buddy that got rid of his white Tundra because he couldn't handle the glare off the slope on the back of the hood.

 

I'm in the market for a 3rd gen short bed mat, if anyone has seen one around. I've checked the usual sites but nothing yet.

 

I have been debating either picking up one of the hood scoop black decals for my white sport hood and/or making one myself. I forget about the glare for most of the year until the one month of summer we get..
