    08210-00820.     I ordered 2 sets to secure my weathertech mats and didn't realize the passenger side floor on my 06 doesn't have the holes in the carpet for them until I went to install them.

    I can't say with 100% certainty but these should be a generic item across Toyota/lexus vehicles for floor mat retention.
