    Yup, highway two, and Snoqualmie in washington now. Started last year. Even with 4x4. Nobody knows how to drive in this state

    I think I'm going to pick up a set of the Peerless Autotrac chains. They have good reviews and only cost about $65. I like the auto tension feature.

    Yeah. I need to pick up a set for the Tundra. The Autotrac chains I have from the Tacoma wont fit it.

    ignorance is bliss I guess. I hadn’t ever heard of a requirement for the need to still carry them.

    Driving over hwy 2 a couple hundred times a year I’ve only ever seen it with “chains required on all vehicles” once.
    The chains I have will do some damage to the road haha

    I just so happen to have a set of 886 coils sitting in a box in my garage..

    When I was a teen, Id go to Cabbage Hill on 84 and charge trucks $150 to put their chains on for them. Suprised me how many drivers didnt know how to. After the first day, Id go to the shop to buy 10 sets. Sell them at a 100% markup. Good money as a teenager.
