    They've only been in every Toyota truck and 1st/2nd gen t4r's since the 70's and now mostly manual transmission trucks. I'd rather have that style than the foot one the automatics get.

    I've only had a 2008 T4R (Limited V8) and now my 3rd gen Tacoma.

    BTW, us 3rd gen AT Tacomas have a hand brake lever.
