Will be selling a undercover bakflip tonneau cover for a 2017 DCLB. Will ask $600 on craigslist but open to offers from TW members. Will get pics soon.

Does anybody have a 3d printer source? I mounted some Yakima tracks and crossbars on my DB cover last week, but the end caps for the tracks stick out a tiny bit. Very minor, but the perfectionist in me wants them to line up with the edges of the cover. I am hoping somebody could 3d print a shorter version of these end caps. Any ideas?

I've used several guys on https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprintmything/ and have been super happy with everything I've had printed and pretty cheap too. You can post up the part and people will contact you with a price, my guess is ~$20-30 for 4 of those.

Just make sure they know what it's for, you'll want it printed in ABS or PETG likely due to the heat. Some of the other filaments can't withstand the heat that will get in the warmer months.

Wouldn't it just be cheaper/easier to slightly shortly the rail? I quick cut with a fine tooth hacksaw and some file work.....

The rails came as two pieces that I cut into four pieces. The caps use the same mounting holes as the tracks and I cut them as close to the mounting holes as possible, so I can't shorten the rails any further.

Wouldn't a drill bit fix that though (make your own mounting holes)? But I guess you've already drilled holes in the Diamondback, so that leaves you stuck. Should have talked about this project sooner!

Haha yep, I thought about that while I was drilling the holes but it's such a minor thing that I didn't want to delay the project. I figured I could get smaller end caps made, trim them myself, or just ignore it altogether.
