Hello PNW TW -

Would anyone be interested in a set of (4) SCS Stealth 6 17x8.5 -10mm Matte Dark Bronze. Looking to sell for $850 obo. It has less than 5k miles on them. It’s a pavement queen, so no scuffs.

Why?: The Matte Dark Bronze finish clashes with my Quicksand, so I’m lookin to change up to a set of black or gunmetal wheels.

I’m in the Renton area. Can post pics in the AM.

Post picks of them on your truck? IMHO, I think the gunmetal will clash more. I think the bronze is a good look. But to each their own.

 

Does anybody know of a BPF front skid for sale locally ish? Tired of my tin foil oem one

Good luck finding 5, 4 with OE tires are plentiful.

No don’t get me wrong, I LOVE bronze wheels, possibly my favorite finish. I have a set of bronze FN Five Stars on my 3rd Gen 4Runner right now, but the Quicksand + Bronze just has too much “earth tones” for my liking.

I’ll try to post pics later today. To those who PMd me, I’m looking to get a set of 17x9 -38mm SCS F5 in black or gunmetal. So if you or know anyone that would like to trade, lmk. I can put cash on top as well.

Picked up my best craigslist deal to date today. I've been looking for a protech tool box for my truck for quite a while now, and always seem to only find their aluminum headache racks and tool boxes for full size trucks. Until last night. Guy had the crossover box and 2 side rail boxes from a GMC Sonoma. $650 for all 3.

They'd been up for just about 2 weeks so I emailed him and asked if he'd separate the crossover and offered $250. First reply was "where do you want to meet?"

I couldn't get there fast enough.

So now my shortbed is even shorter. Need to modify my headache rack so the box sits closer to the cab and not sure if I should rattle can it black or powder coat. I'm sure that would be a bit of coin to powdercoat.

You wouldn't really know it, but the box is about 8 or 9 years old. Weather stripping and overall condition of the box is still like new. Little bit of spit and it should bling bling.

 

Those are really nice tool boxes, nice score!

I just snagged one from a ‘10 from a buddy I’m not 100% sure if it will work yet. Thanks for responding and I’ll Pm you if I’ll need them.
