I'm liking the "whoops didn't realize I actually placed the order. Was just trying to see what the total discount would be" approach. She knows I was looking at then. Oh well, she'll be happy when 5+ days later there's still ice for her beverages!

Don't you worry she'll like it! I mean my wife could care less about a expensive cooler and she actually liked it more than me

Agreed man! Love the colors! Wife didn't say anything other than "is that your cooler you were talking about?".
    Approval from the littlest helper!

I thought the pad on top was going to be all black. I really like the colors coming through.

That is a nice detail. That is one reason these coolers rock, details.

Not sure, but it's not big deal any longer. We actually hit 35 and the goal dropped to 20 about 10 days ago.

    you got a chest freezer?

If not, i usually just bring it inside in the AC and then throw some blocks of ice in for a day or so prior to use and do not open it until it's time to load it

I also prechill anything going in it, and then just before going out, I load everything up along with block ice, and then dump bulk crushed ice to fill gaps

Just a deep freezer so this 65qt won't fit haha but I'm going to be in the field profiring the rifles for 3 days and I want to see how well it works. I keep my house at 65* and I have 3 gallon jugs frozen. Do I just keep it in there overnight ?

    That's what I'd do

Just throw one or two of those jugs in there

Don't drain the cold water either...it helps keep your stuff cold

Jesus Christ, where the hell are you!? 40 degrees!? Here in South Texas I'm lucky if it gets down to 80 at night, and the last week or so has been in the 100's. I would kill for it just to get down in the low 70's at night.:bananadead: This is me outside in the afternoon!
