    Talk to whoever manages parking for you. They will notify the parking garage attendant who can call the tow company - or threaten whoever the vehicle owns to if they have a record of it.

    If that doesn't work, let me know and I can walk up and talk to the garage owner (works on the 3rd floor of my building).
