From what I can find online they're 16"x7" with +25mm offset and 5.00" back spacing.
Just how accurate that is IDK, but I have seen 2nd gen and even 1st gen trucks install these wheels without issue. If you're lifted you'll most likely still need a wheel spacer for larger tire clearance.

@SC2SC runs these wheels on his second gen, '14 I believe. he runs KO2's, I think in 265/75/16, 2.5" - 3" lift. Not sure if he uses wheel spacers or not. they look really good on a second gen.

Oh ok . I will check out sc2sc page . Yeah they do look pretty good on the 2ed gen . I was hoping for an off set closers to + 15 like the FJ wheels for a more aggressive stans. I appreciate the info guys !

Just getting this now- OEM TRD Off road wheels for second third gen are same- 16x7 with +32mm backspace.

note: 32mm is about 1.25"-- same as Spidertrax spcers. Positive back space mean wheel is pushed inward to truck. Buying 1.25" wheel spacers for this OEM wheel means you are pushing tire out streetward 1.25". Also means- for this oem wheel- it is now aligned as if it had a "0" offset and 4" backspace. Normal.

I used the included red locktight from spidertrax- ZERO issues. I would not however use these on an 8" wheel with a Negative backspace.

Shown below are my KO2's 265/75 r16, oem trd OR 3rd gen wheel on my second gen:

    Hope this helps!

Do you have a lift or leveling kit? Appears a tad nose high in the front. Looks really good, need to get mine installed.

I have an Icon stage 3-4 lift, with Dakars top overload removed. I adjust the front icons to maintain 1" rake- like when it was stock. Here is maybe a better pic:
