So Im wiring up some bed lights and I have the wiring to the lights them self done. My question is about the LEDs in the switch. I want the lights to turn off when the truck is off so I dont have LEDs constantly on. When I pulled the switch blank out of the dash, there was a wire harness attached.
    Wires:
    LightGreen/Black
    LightGreen
    Blue
    DarkGreen/Black
    Red

Would any of these wires do what I'm looking to do?

I think dash lighting is light green (+) and light green/black (-). Confirm with a meter before connecting anything.

I'm about to do my own install and had the same question. Do remember which wires you ended up using?

Also, does anybody know what the black connector with blue taped wires is for?
