    I wired my light to the shifter lights, when I turn on headlights, my switch lights up, during day use, its not lit. I mounted mine in exact location as this gentlemen (Quoted below) except I didnt rotate mine 90 degrees. I love that sopt.

    Put mine in exact same spot, makes using light bar on highway a breeze to turn on and off, its a natural position. My arm on the arm rest, finger tips on the switch!

    Can't get away with anything like that on my truck, my dog surfs the console and would be hitting all sorts of switches on me haha!
