So curiosity killed me today and i ended up breaking my fog light switch. I really like the OTRATTW switches and was wondering if they were basically plug and play. Meaning how many prongs do they have on the back and if they would plug right into factory wires?

No, the Carling switches will not be "plug and play". If you want to avoid splicing wires, you'll have to buy a factory switch.

Wouldn't these just need to slice a pos wire for power to both lights? Or does it envolve alot more.

    05TacoSport,

My dealer told me that I had to buy the whole dang wiring assy to get the fog light switches...do you have a p/n, so I can tell these dull witted non-entertaining money grabbing part attendants?...just saying. Or, do you have any of your switches with p/n's posted so that I can see the look?

Also, do you have a p/n for the brackets and jack that you mounted to your tool box? I have the toyota one with the plastic lower, but I'm sure that it would hold up just fine with a couple pairs .063 steel plates for backing on the inside to distribute the weight.

    Thanks man,
    Gunny

My fog lights run of the OEM switch. And a junky-as it sounds I used big self tapping screws and mounted tool box to the rail system in the bed of our trucks. 3/8" self tappers worked fine for me. They a screwed into the rail not the bed of the truck. Sorry I'm no help

Where can you buy these types of switches? This is exactly what I've been looking for.

I just bought a V-series rocker and was wondering what wire to tap into for the dash light circuit? It is for the switch light + .... I am using the switch for a set of HID retrofitted Hella 500's and love the look of the rocker switch.

May I ask where the OTRATTW switches are made? I want to keep my 4runner as un-Chinese as possible, so if I have to buy Whelen switches to do so, so be it. But I LOVE the looks of the OTRATTW switches!
