I'm a bit annoyed by how much bumpsteer I'm having with my 3" lift. This is actually my first time experiencing bumpsteer despite previously daily driving a car that has been lowered to the extreme - I had extremely high springrates so I have no compression strokes haha. In contrast, the springs on my 5100s accentuates the problem since theyre soft.

I digress though, my question is that if there are any OTS (OFF THE SHELF) options for bumpsteer corrections? I can only think of shimming the steering shaft to a lower position but that seems counter intuitive in regards to a lift. There are outer tie rods with spacers to correct tie rod angle on performance oriented cars but as for these trucks I can't find anything reasonable. Then there's the option of an aftermarket spindle which is in the realm of baller I can't fathom despite paying similarly for a lift.

If worst case scenario there isn't a viable OTS option, I've been thinking of flipping the outer tie rod so the balljoint is on top. The only questionable thing is the shank on the joint and the hole taper. I'd chop the mount on a jig and flip + weld, not too work intensive but getting to the fab side of things.

Then there's an option of going heim joint on the rod end and then bore the hole on the spindle evenly to allow the use of a bolt. Probably the easiest route I can imagine.
