Go back to your tuner. They can now adjust the throttle tip in and it totally changes things and gets rid of that sudden throttle grab. You may also want to bump up the tune a notch also. I was happy where I was at, but told that when you adjust the tip in you may also want to bump the tune up a notch and sure enough, it's even better now.

Saweeeet! I will definitely contact the tech. Was considering a pedal commander if this couldn't be adjusted in the tune. I hadn't heard anything until now. Thank you!

everything is factory stock. if nothing else, the truck feels faster simply with the front suspension moving around so dramatically on power on/off moments.

Keep in mind it is a normally aspirated engine. There is only so much you can do. My wife’s VW picked up 60hp with a stage I tune. Taco will never see that. No turbo.

OT tech said I have the latest. When was your most recent tune done out of curiosity and how does your truck handle the idle roll to acceleration again ("tip in") now?

I just got tuned last spring and had the tip in adjusted this fall. It's not an updated tune, but something new about being able to adjust the tip-in. IDK, maybe he doesn't know about it.

I started with Version 7 (May 2022) and continued with recent update OTT, Version 9, Mild Drive/Spicy ECT.

As suggested...if you can get a sample from any Tuner (if they can do it), try them out!

I'm very happy with my choice but ultimately, it's up to your dialogue with Tuner.
