I might go check this place out in a few weeks to see about getting a few sheets of aluminium. To make a flat tailgate skin and maybe try to make a prinsu style rack. There's a place in the Toronto area where I can buy the black anodized aluminum cross members

anybody know any good local exhaust shops in ottawa? my local shop in trenton didnt want to touch the exhaust leak because they were too worried they would "disturb" the rust by the manifold/y pipe and make more leaks lol. pretty bad leak coming from just after the y pipe

 

is it a hole in the pipe? or bad gasket?

 

I'm pretty sure its a hole, can feel a lot of exhaust leaking from it and water drips too

 

I'd cut it and put a sleeve over, and weld it. But yes, when an exhaust starts to rotten, it is hard to fight against all the leaks. As for a good shop, i don't know...

 

Where is a good place to stuff my face with pancakes and sausages up around Ottawa way? Thinking of coming up your way
