    I was a dealer tech and worked at several independent shops. I do all my own work unless it's a recall. First thing you should do after having your vehicle serviced is give it a quick once over before you leave the shop. Walk around make sure no dents or scratches, then pop the hood , check your oil level, look underneath, make sure all caps and dip sticks are put back and secure. The oil change on these trucks are very easy might take an extra minute swapping the filter cartridge that's it. I would imagine if your 2 quarts low on oil a low oil light would come on. At the end of the day it's your rig and you should always give it a once over before you leave.

    Same here. Salesman went on and on about extended service warranty and free oil changes and I was thinking "who cares, you're never going to see me again anyways unless I have a warranty claim or recall".

    Crazy, another forum I am on a guy had a similar experience with his VW and is still in the process of fighting the dealer. Cement is such a sweet color

    I actually like the pinstripe on it honestly! But Cement is my new favorite color and is definitely gets a lot of looks and comments!
