I think your dealer might not cover that under warranty... Someone else touched your wheels and all they are going to do is point fingers.

Unless Toyota mans up and exchanges it. If they even have one in stock.

Seriously? A Brand New truck with out of round stock wheels and they won't cover that?

Well Toyota can easily claim that the shop that installed your new tires bent the wheels out of shape.

I'm not saying they will, but they can.

Since they don't cover tire maintenance you can claim that the wheels are part of the truck and tell Toyota that the wheel shop found one of them to be out of round. Then hope for the best.

Best case, they order you a new wheel.

Worst case, they hang you out to dry.

    Edit: clarification

if the dealership won't do anything about it, grab the wheel and throw it through one of their windows like in those old discount tire commercials.

Thanks, makes sense but I would tell them the Show Room Window that I would be throwing them
through is going to cost allot more than that new wheel will. :D

    I agree.

I guess we have to do a visual inspection of the wheels to see if they added a ton of weights to counter balance the shape.

I'm not seeing the 'out of round' part?? Is that supposed to show in the photo somehow?

I had a shop try to tell me once that they could not balance one wheel/tire because the wheel was bent or out of round. I asked them to dismount the tire and prove the wheel issue with a dial indicator, which they did, and the wheel was fine. So I got a new tire on the house.

The wheels are Not out of round , what's the odds you would get 4 defective wheels ? zero !
    Take it somewhere else.

Put the stock tires on it, take it to dealer and tell them it drives funny, say you noticed the wheel has something wrong with it. Maybe then you'll have a chance.

Disclaimer: I'm only advocating doing that if he truly believes the faulty wheel came stock on the truck. It would be dishonest and unethical otherwise.

Problem is, he didn't have a problem before changing tires.

If the wheel was out-of-round, the OP would have noticed right away when taking delivery.

Take to dealer "Damn man I've been driving this thing for XXX days since taking delivery. Something just doesn't feel right. At first I thought it was me, but now I'm thinking there maybe something wrong with the tires or wheels?" LOL
