Two shit alignments =/= One good one.

They may get it right every other time but just means your truck is suffering half the time.

EXACTLY my thinking. another time I drove out and my steering wheel was 45 degrees out if true. How the F did they drive it out of the shop and not notice that?

    Are those BFG rugged trails.
I’ve not had them but from what I’ve been told they wear horrible.
I have a lifetime with tire kingdom and ntb will honor it. Had one of their techs use the clutch disconnect button and start it in gear with the ebreak on. Pretty violent really. Manager actually asked why it was in gear really?
It is a standard, guy had no clue how to drive a standard.
    Have not been back since!

They are rugged terrain which are much better than the fails. Sams club had a ridiculous deal on them.

That is an amazing story. Why was he using the clutch cancel anyway?

So the re-alignments are free, but they don't actually do them. I guess that makes sense to somebody at Firestone. Words fail me.

Guess since they will hire any body to fill the spot. Not the only are you fn serious moments with them. I smoke and hang out side I saw him sitting there I was heading his way when it happened. I proceeded to the truck opened the door told him to get out. Manager offered a free oil change. And questioned why it was in gear? Told him I’d contact corporate but never did just never went back.

You don't need to get an alignment just because the tires were rotated. Alignment devices mount to the wheels, not the tires.

If you do this thousands of times (as in every time you back out of your driveway) the wear will eventually be uniform around the tire.

That's because it isn't their truck they are wrenching on. Looks like excessive toe-in might be the problem, although it could be a number of things. Do yourself a favor and check/adjust the toe yourself, assuming you can turn a wrench (I don't know you so I apologize if that was an insult). If it's spot on, at least you can rule that part out.

Buy some 1" aluminum square and build this contraption. Attach it to your wheels and accurately measure your own toe. Measure at the front and at the back, then subtract the totals. The measurements should be just about even, up to 2mm of toe in. Mine was 8mm toe in and my outside of the tires was beginning to wear like you. Easy to adjust by popping the tie rod end off the spindle arm, loosening the lock nut, and turning it a few turns. It works and is very accurate.
