This will be my first time doing a mod on a Tacoma, so bear with me. I've installed aux. lights before. My 2017 SR5 already has an aftermarket DV8 bumper with cutouts for a 30" light bar and 2 LED cube/pod lights. I bought the light bar and a pair of Rigid Industries D-Series Pro pods, as well as upside down mounts from Rigid (the Rigids came with wiring harness, the light bar did not).
I want to plug the Rigid pods into the factory fog light wires, and turn them on with the factory fog light switch. There are currently no fog lights on my truck because of the bumper, but there are 2 open female-plug ends hanging in front of the radiator area. I assume those are the fog light wires, and I want to get adapters that plug into those so I can attach the pods lights. I would rather not have to cut/splice the factory fog wires nor the Rigid plug ends. I would prefer any cutting/splicing to be done on the adapters I get. So what all do I need?
I know about these Cali Raised wires: https://caliraisedled.com/collectio...s/12-15-toyota-tacoma-fog-light-pod-connector
Do these adapters fit those Rigid Industries unique plug ends?
If not, I haven't seen any adapters from Rigid that lets me connect their light directly to the factory fog plugs. Does anyone know if they exist?
Otherwise I assume I would get these Cali Raised adapters and just splice those to wires/harness that came with the Rigid lights, so I'm basically making my own adapters.

As far as the light bar, I want to have that wired separate with it's own switch on the dash. I assume this is the harness to order? https://caliraisedled.com/collectio...hes-wiring/products/wiring-harness-single-leg
Unless there is an easier way to wire up the light bar (maybe if wired to the pod lights..)...please let me know...I'm ready to order and install!

So do you know that the OE Fog Light harness works?

Highly doubt that you will find an off-the-shelf adapter harness. Not impossible to build yourself . But finding a place to purchase the correct connectors may be very difficult.

The harness you posted will work. You can purchase a standard harness from almost anywhere (possibly even at a local automotive parts supplier). May even want to think about an OE style switch?

I will find out if it works asap, I dont see why it woudn't...
I saw Cali Raised makes OEM style switches and mounting plates that go on the little cell phone hole on the far left dash. Is it difficult to reach in there running wires?

If the Cali Raised adapters dont fit the Rigid plugs: I was thinking I would take the square plug ends from the Rigid harness and cut it, leaving 2-3 feet or so of wire. And cut the plugs off the Cali Raised adapters, strip those wires and solder the positives and negatives together from both harnesses. I have boxes of different Insulated butte connectors, and twist-together style butte connectors. Those will work, but soldering will be better correct?

Bullet or Spade style Quick Connects would probably work just fine. Soldering is the best.

Just to make sure those Cali Raised adapters will fit, when I open my hood this is what the 2 hanging plugs look like, with the green inside. These are the fog light wires right?

Yes the Caliraised adapters will fit. That's what I used for my Rigid Sae fog pods.

Yep, those should be the adapters you’re need. Same as why I used for my Rigid SAE pods.

Is it recommended to use a certain gauge of wiring for the 140 watt light bar I'm installing, like 12 gauge ?
Or can I use the thin wiring (16 awg?) that came with the Rigid pod lights that are 30w each? The wires coming out of the light bar are just a tad thicker than the Rigid wires. The fuse in the Rigid harness is 15amp, should I put a bigger one in?
