    i’m sitting at almost half a year come Tuesday. If you want my opinion I would go a different route. When i first ordered it Joe texted me 6 weeks i’m sitting at 24-25 weeks as of right now. I spent months trying to get ahold of him as I wanted to see if I could get the bumper extended for glass he never responded. Honestly at this point I would just be surprised to see it

    I think I'm going to reach out to them on Monday and get a clear answer on the lead times. If it's crazy beyond what they said, I'm going to ask for a refund.

    Well I got a reply back, they said 6-8 weeks.

    "Our lead times for the prelanders will be in 6-8 week range as we will be doing our best to make a turnaround effort to improve, build better trust in the community, and to just not prevent additional delays in anyone's trips or plans."

    I wouldn’t even give him a benefit of a doubt he’s only saying 6-8 weeks range for you to not bother him for awhile and then when you contact him again he’ll probably tell you that he’s trying to get the shipping sorted out and then string you along even longer and waste more of your time and money good luck keep us updated

    Requested my money back today for my prelander bumper. Ordered in July 24 and have waited half a year. If anyone wants to know my experience I would be happy to share but to keep it short and sweet DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    Could be just the business. I am currently waiting for a rear bumper from another popular FAB shop on TW. I ordered it back in July of 2024, and I have not heard a peep from them even after I emailed them last week. The estimated wait time was 12-14 weeks for bare metal. I had it powder coated, so I was thinking a couple more weeks of waiting. This Wednesday it will be 24 weeks of waiting.

    Ordered mine in July received an email saying 6 weeks. Six weeks came around shot him an email asking it it had made it to powder coat. Received an email back that the machines were down and he was trying to get them fixed. No biggie the website said 10 weeks and a bumper isn’t crucial to have on my truck. Ten weeks go by shoot him another email for an update on the situation he emailed me a week later saying that he was going to sub out the parts he couldn’t finish to another fab shop. A few weeks later hit him up again he said the machines were fixed and he was going to make the parts in house. After this i got ghosted for awhile so i went on his website saw that he had posted updates on lead times. On his site it said 10 weeks for the bumper i ordered so i though hell I’ll wait tried to email him and call him to ask for a change to my order cause i wanted it extended for fenders no response so i gave up. Come December I started calling and texting at least once a week with no response. At this point i was pretty frustrated so i sent an inquiry as a new customer and finally got a response on December 18th stating the bumper was in powder coat and should be ready by the holidays the holidays came and went tried to reach out again and this time just gave up. How are you stuck?

    I have no skin in this game and I would be madder than hell if I was in your guys shoes, have you tried messaging Joe on instagram? I bought a bumper from him and he has always replied to my texts both on phone and instagram he even wished me happy new year and while I sold my truck he held on to my bumper while I found a new buyer and that person did in fact get the bumper we are all SoCal locals so maybe that’s why? I’m not trying to defend them in anyway but I know shipping is insane and that’s why I chose them in the first place because not only is shipping expensive but I don’t trust any of the shipping companies, if I was going to buy a bumper in the future that was out of state I would actually drive there myself to pick it up and always pay with a credit card

    like I said I’m not trying to defend them but Joe has always replied to me. I never met the dude but he does seem like a legit good guy from texting him like I don’t think he’s trying to screw anyone or scam anyone

    I could buy the shipping thing but i’m a local here in socal and wanted to pick it up from his shop. Also I dont think he’s a scammer sorry if i used that word I think that he pushes orders off that do not want an install. He makes more money on installs and wants those customers to receive their product faster. I wish I had the same experience as you seemed like a nice guy at first and his bumpers are bad ass sadly it just took too long and my plans have changed with the truck as well.

    I already paid. I got suckered with a 10% off coupon. Lol. I'm local and don't need powder coat, so there's really no excuses for me. I like the way it looks plus it's on the lighter side.
