Following an under carriage car wash for my 2016 Taco an "E" displayed for the outside temperature. All of my digital climate controls, fan and seat warmer were blank or non-operational.

    1) Where is the outside air temperature sensor?
    2) How do I reset the outside temperature sensor?
    3) Should I reset it?

    Thank You
    Al

It's behind the grille on the front radiator support about midway up.

There is no reset for it, if it's showing E there's either something wrong with the circuit going to it, the sensor itself failed, or one of the modules involved is offline or failed.

Do you have Automatic or Manual Climate Control?

Mine will read high from time to time, seems to be precipitation based. Heavy rain or snow. Then it drops down to normal without ill effect.
