I'm leaving this here because I've now had 2 interactions with MESO customer service over a small issue and both times they're response time, and resolving of the issue has been superb. I can't say enough good things about them as a company. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir because everyone on here is a fan, but figured I'd give a shout out to a great small business. Cheers

Yep. @MESO the man, man. The difference between someone who geeks out on the stuff and loves tinkering. And someone who is just trying to make a buck playing middle man.

Seems like a good guy I have a few of his products. Some of them bought from other vendors he sells with. I have an hyper flash issue with the stage 1 tail lights. He was quick at responding to my email and getting the order out for the needed additional parts.

His products are good but his production of items a lot of times don't meet demand so you have to wait for a restock that's really the only problem with his company. I get it though. He is a very small business.

Not all of us. The products are decent but overall availability made me lose interest. Seems like he’s more concerned with making as many new things as possible instead of working towards keeping things in stock. I’m sure that’s what some customers find appealing but with everything being always sold out I just stopped looking.

I totally understand that. Early on I wanted to delete the chrome in my truck. His items for that were always not all in stock in the color I wanted, cement. So I ended up buying the same type of product from AJT design and I'm very happy with it and how that turned out.

I had no issues purchasing anything I wanted from Meso Customs website. Maybe I was lucky cause I never ran into an out of stock situation?

    A bunch of junk
The only 2 items I have are the interior lights, map and dome light. The dome light is the dual and I figured out lastnight it's a hell of an ambient light to just leave on. Otherwise it was hard to see where cupholder was when putting drink back. These were bought second hand but I like his stuff

Product/service reputation is the future of the successful internet sales market. Meso has proven that they are ready.

From what I remember in a previous thread about MESO’s product availability he’s a VERY small operation and everything from the R&D to the production is self-funded. That coupled with the issues COVID has caused supply chain and raw material availability is probably why we’re seeing more things being out of stock than ever before.

Personally, I don’t mind waiting for quality parts. I also like knowing that I have a somewhat “rare” mod when I do get lucky enough to score a MESO part.

Supply and demand. Hopefully you aren’t looking for a truck anytime soon because if you are than you might as well count Toyota out.

I think MESO has a great reputation and quality product but he’s no way near major manufacturing. The crazy part is he gets quality products out faster than then big name manufacturers who have way more employees. Also to keep growing as a business you have to keep up with new ideas and products. Me personally I’d rather have a quality product from someone who takes the time and does it right and I know that’s what I’m getting when I order his products and if somehow there is a fluke or something is wrong he takes the time to make it right.

That’s just my personal opinion and not taking away anything from your post.

I haven’t heard anything bad about his customer service at all. Only good things really. I just literally can’t support the business because nothing I want is ever in stock.

Meso does a good job and I like to support small businesses that focus on our trucks. He did promise to send me a new connector to replace the defective first batch of stealth gear shift knobs that never showed. I bought the replacement connector on Amazon and fixed it myself. I haven’t personally experienced customer service.

Looks like they have a couple of those yes. Also a hexrack and a gashole.

I experienced the same when I emailed to change an order and he personally confirmed he would switch my dual brightness dome for a dual color. Even emailed me the next day to say he had completed the switch. Dual brightness showed up. I really do enjoy his work, however. It stands to reason that things like this are easily lost in the shuffle, especially when a product release is going on.

Not surprised, MESO stuff is awesome, and I've never had an issue. Also free shipping to Canada makes me happy.
