    My mistake, I meant the frame. It easily fails the dealer inspection but I am a couple months beyond the eligibility date, SOL.

    They have, atleast from what I understand. That doesnt mean they wont deny your claim of something happens with your truck. Imagine if back when the pedals got stuck some one had their truck tuned. If that person was one of the first to have that proble they would 100% blame it on that.

    The ECU is like any software, it shows versions and revisions, so flashing back doesn't help remove the ID or version assign to the current time or identify a precision version. You would have to get a new ECU to do that.

    The reason why your warranties are not voided without proof is because of the Magness on-Moss Warranty Act...

    Now that's interesting that a dealership is doing that. Never heard of that before at a franchised Toyota dealer. Wonder how they get around the EPA legalities and potential warranty issues with Toyota?
