OV tune

Like multiple submenus?

 

Can I add to this? I'm considering it. I tow a few different trailers, regularly. Nothing more that 3000#'s. Taco does surprisingly well. Like my 5.7 Tundra, no, but does tow nicely. A little more low end torque would be nice. If OV can help, I'm in. What I'm not sure of is if an 87 octane tune will do much. If I have to go 91 tune, then blah,blah,blah gas prices. Anybody, Bueller, anyone?

 

if you are going to tow you should get an UltraGuage which plugs into your ODB (make sure you get a new one some of the old ones don't support trans temp) so you can monitor transmission temp which will make a big difference on transmission life. Yeah, I was interested in the 87 tune also so keep us posted.

3rd gens always got more attention cause he said "3rd gens are shit and 2nd gens are pretty much perfect off the showroom floor"

So all their r&d go towards making the 3rd gen better.

Don't think I've ever said this in those words.

We didn't leave the 2nd gen community they left us, mostly.
And we answer everything we can as quickly as we can.
I get hundreds of emails a day. It can take some time to get back to everyone. There are only 2 of us.

You'd be surprised about 1/3 of our emails have nothing to do with our products and people give us negative press if we don't answer those emails!. Can you tune my Mustang? "Never heard back, what a shift company"

Honestly. If I could go back I would rather pay one of the locals to tune my stuff with their OVTUNE set up.

It took over a month when I first bought it to get set up because @OVTune took forever to respond to emails. And I realized last week when I went to fix an issue I was having I only received the old stuff and never got the master key for the vF that I paid for.

Guess what? I emailed about the issue. Got a response asking me what email to use and now it’s been almost a week since I told them. So back to twiddling my thumbs and waiting.

 

Please check your spam folder, because we have sent multiple master keys today.

if you are that person who had the older ticket responding to Rafael, he is no longer with us, so I did not see that ticket.

And we have mentioned we are working on a massive software update and as a result things are delayed right now because of it.

Any possibility of you guys coming up with something for the 4th gen 4runners? Would love to be able to tune my 2003 V8.

 

I have my '21 tuned and it's a night and day difference. Sorry I don't normally check out the AZ section of TW but if you have questions just pm me and I'll see if I can help. I use @PapaRee newest tune on mine but I'm stock. Although I could alter it for bigger tires and whatnot.
