I was interested in an OV tune and wanted some additional advice. I have a 2013 tacoma SR5, 4x4 with a few mods including larger tires and a small lift. My main objective is to increase MPG. I should also note that I often tow around 1500 pounds with this truck.

If you're looking into a tune, I'd recommend HPTuners and discuss with @JustDSM on your goals.
OVTune was popular more among the 3rd Gen Tacoma's. They tune the 2nd Gen, but support might be hit or miss.

Also, if you can live with going to smaller tires, that would probably help more with MPG's.
You can also look into changing the exhaust cam gears out which is said to also help with MPG's. If you do that, I'd recommend tuning afterwards.
